MrBeast’s videos don’t earn him the most money despite being YouTube’s most-subbed creator
Despite his sprawlingYouTubeempire, his videos — which often rack up tens of millions of views mere hours after being uploaded — don’t earn him the most money out of his many business endeavors.
For instance, Donaldson successfully wrapped filming for hisrecord-breaking Amazon Prime show, Beast Games, in late 2024, and evenstarted a burger chainin 2020 (whichclosed in 2023).
Surprisingly, neither of these outshine his largest income stream — his chocolate bar line, Feastables.
MrBeast’s biggest cash cow isn’t his YouTube channel
Feastables first launchedin early 2022 and has since become one of the most popular chocolate choices among consumers at outlets like Target, Walmart and more.
In fact, they’re in such high demand that they weresold out across storesin March 2024, and the YouTuber even took matters in his own hands torestock shelves himselfthat same year.
As reported byFortune, Feastables generated around $250 million in sales in 2024, making a profit of around $20 million. In comparison, his YouTube channels andAmazon Prime seriescombined lost a total of $80 million despite generating a similar amount in sales.
This isn’t necessarily surprising; MrBeast has admitted in the past that heactually loses moneyon his content, saying in a 2022 interview withRolling Stonethathe’s out “five figuresand dozens of hours every month” combined with his philanthropic projects.

And in 2021, he published a tweet admitting that his videos lost him a “ridiculous amountof money,” explaining that he’d started his Best Gaming channel to make up for lost revenue.
Almost all my recent videos lost me a ridiculous amount of money. That’s why I started the gaming channel so I can use the extra money to run the main at a loss and just focus on making the best videos possible 🤪
Despite this massive financial toll, MrBeast has made it clear that he isn’t actually concerned with his own financial status, saying he wants to “give it all away” before he dies.
On top of that, Beast Industries projects that it will earn a profit of $300 million by 2026. It’s clear that his many YouTube channels are still wildly successful, and he has quite the security blanket in Feastables, having enough to spend on his owncharity, Beast Philanthropy.
In fact, CNBC states that MrBeast’s net worth isupwards of $700 millionas of 2024 – and witheven more projects in the pipeline, it seems that there’s even more in store for YouTube’s resident monarch.
