The narration reveals that Nezu is a prominent figure in the world and has contributed a lot to Japan’s rebuilding and negotiations with other countries.

As Mirio steps up for his speech, everyone is surprised by how serious he’s being. The newly-graduate Mirio says they’ve lost a lot in the war and gained nothing, but as heroes, they must continue to work hard to create “positives” from “negatives”, not just “zero”.
Deku and his classmates are now students of Class 2-A and once again have Aizawa as their homeroom teacher. The chapter reveals that Aoyama is leaving U.A. since he joined the school out of All For One’s order. He says he wants to start his journey to become a hero from the scratch.
As Aoyama is leaving the class, another student will be taking his place. Shinso finally gets his wish as he’s now a student of the hero course. Following this reveal, Mawata Fuwa visits the class to inform that the new second and third year students will go around the country to keep the citizens safe and help with reconstruction.
She also says how people will know the period after All Might’s retirement and the battle of Jaku but most of the incidents will be lost in history. Shoto reminds everyone of All For One’s rise in a similarly chaotic time.
After class, Deku and Uraraka finally have their much-awaited interaction. Deku looks saddened but when he tries to broach a serious topic to Uraraka, she appears to dodge the issue by making fun of his hair. The following panels show Uraraka smiling and Deku’s saddened face.
The scene cuts to an alley where a mysterious figure seems to have woken up. They’re crying as they hobble forwards, supported by destroyed .
The next scene is back at U.A. Deku asks Shoto about coming to Aoyama’s farewell party. Shoto says he will but only if it’s not today. He’s then seen walking towards a different direction. My Hero Academia Chapter 425 ends with Endeavor sitting in a wheelchair, looking at a massive machine with a figure inside.
