What Else Is New On Prime Gaming?
Some Indie Gems For Everyone!
Those who may already ownBattlefront II, which will likely be a great many people, can instead look forward to playingWeird West, an isometric action RPG set in a dark fantasy world populated by gunslingers and bandits. Released in 2022,the game earned stellar reviewsfor its excellent atmosphere, presentation, and immersive writingthat enabled players to approach situations from multiple angles. The combat may not appeal to everyone but the narrative is strong enough that players will likely want to see it through to the end.
Another game that prides itself on presentation isGenesis Noirby developer Feral Cat Den. While it may not have been a mainstream hit,the unique graphical style, soundtrack, andsurreal premise should leave a lasting impressionon those who dare to take a leapon this whimsically bizarre point-and-click adventure game. Playing as No Man, a watch peddler, players will need to help the luckless romantic figure his way out of a strange love triangle between two cosmic deities.

Star Wars: Battlefront IImay not be the modern multiplayer some players were expecting after Prime Video dished out the resurrectedFallout 76, but it’s nonetheless an excellent experience. Better yet,it’s also the original version rather than theClassic Collectionwhich wasreleased in early 2024 to disastrous reviews. It may lack a couple of additional maps and heroes, but at least the classic form smoothly on nearly every system.
