Relatively hard on the heels of season 3’s November 2023 release, AppleTV+ reveals that their acclaimed spy series returns to the streamer for season 4 on July 12, 2025 (viaDeadline). First-look images from the new season feature Oldman alongside fellow returning cast members Jonathan Pryce, Jack Lowdon, Rosalind Eleazar, Kristin Scott Thomas, Christopher Chung, Aimee-Ffion Edwards and Kadiff Kirwan. Slow Horses Season 4 Includes A Mix Of New And Returning Characters
Jackson Lamb is once again in the thick of the action, as teased by the above image of Oldman, who is seen looking typically disheveled as he talks on a cell phone, no doubt trying to manage some situation he and Slough House have gotten into. Meanwhile, Jack Lowdon’s River Cartwright continues to sport the beard he had in season 3, and himself looks to be involved in intrigue. Slough House agents Shirley, Roddy, Louisa and Marcus are gathered in another new image, along with a sketchy-looking new character played by Brooke.
Perhaps the most intriguing new addition to theSlow HorsescastisMatrixstar Weaving, who squints somewhat villainously in his otherwise unrevealing new image. Callis, meanwhile, is pictured alongside Diana Taverner actor Thomas, suggesting that he’s portraying a power-player at The Park. Bradley’s new character, for her part, is glimpsed in a green coat looking dramatic at a tube station. Scanlan’s new character, meanwhile, is seen clutching folders in a grubby hallway that could be Slough House itself (perhaps hinting that the house has a new staff member on-board).

It’s yet to be seen what explosive events are set to rock Slough House inSlow Horsesseason 4, but the new images help to ramp up the intrigue as the premiere date nears.
