“My dad does this! I feel so bad for the workers, like I know they hate it,” one shared, agreeing with Morgan.

However, some disagreed, arguing: “This mindset is so strange to me because I genuinely appreciate when customers would use my name. I feel like it’s a sign of respect, they see you more than just some random worker.”
