Kitty always loved Eric’s friends hanging out at her house inThat ’70s Show, and it was no different inThat ’90s Showseason 1. After years of being an empty nester, having teenagers as a constant presence in her life was like a breath of fresh air, and it reminded Kitty of what she loved to do best—take care of people. This realization ultimately led her to seek out more ways that she could be fulfilled in this sense, andat the end ofThat ’90s Showseason 1, Kitty got a job as the nurse at Gwen, Nate, Ozzie, and Nikki’s school.
